We calculate budgets by multiplying the previous year's usage (or average customer usage if inapplicable) by the average cost of oil. Then, we divide the cost into 11 even monthly payments. The budgets run from July to May, with no payments due in June. Budgets are reviewed towards the beginning of the year and recalculated with the customer if necessary.

Service contracts can be purchased on the majority of equipment we install. We can also place them on equipment installed by others, as long as it was installed within the last five years. HVAC units need to be serviced before being added to an account.

We recommend that all units be serviced or tuned up annually. We prefer these appointments to be scheduled between March and September to minimize wintertime issues. We service a range of units, including heat pumps!

All of our oil customers are on automatic delivery. The heating oil tank needs to be inspected prior to our first delivery. A credit card will be kept on file to automatically charge the day after each delivery. We do not do one-time deliveries.
